Tai Mu Lung Zhu 'Dragon Eyes'
A beautiful, hand-made white tea from the Fujian province, with a delicate, aromatic, clear cup that has been rolled into small balls. A culinary and visual treat. It's best to infuse this tea in a small pot or Chong (Please pre-heat the vessel) with water measuring about 80�C. The leaves are left in the pot or Chong and topped up with hot water until they have lost all taste.
