Premium Fukamushi Sencha (Shizuoka)

This special tea from Shizuoka has wonderfully rich taste with a nice sweet base note. It brews to a bright golden-green cup. Pre-warm the teapot and cups before pouring the tea into them. I recommend about 5g of tea for a 200ml teapot. Infuse the leaves with water measuring about 70°C. 1st infusion: about 60 seconds; 2nd infusion: 10 seconds.
