Li Shan Oolong (high mountain tea)

The damp weather on Li Shan is why this tea is so unusual. High up in the mountains, at an altitude of about 2500 metres, the delicate leaves absorb the freshness and scent of the surrounding forest. The result is a subtle, sweet, delicate violet-scented tea with a refreshing, sour finish. Can be infused a number of times.
